1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of lttoto is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your account remains active. lttoto strictly prohibits access by minors.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of lttoto, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from lttoto or any affiliated platform, or subject to an active self-exclusion arrangement through any third-party responsible gaming service.
• You must not be accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf — acting as an agent or proxy for a third party is strictly prohibited.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of lttoto's services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. The following conditions apply to your account:

• One Account Per Person: Each Player is permitted to hold one and only one account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different devices or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide your real full name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and active phone number. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. lttoto will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Password Requirements: Passwords must meet lttoto's minimum security standards. You should use a unique, strong password and must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify lttoto's customer support team immediately upon becoming aware or suspecting that your account has been accessed without your authorization.
• Account Maintenance: Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rp 50.000 per month, deducted from the account balance, after prior notification to the registered email address.

4 Deposits

lttoto accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following approved payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The following terms apply to all deposit transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer.
• Deposits must be funded from a payment account or bank account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source account upon detection.
• lttoto does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which lttoto accepts no liability.
• Deposits made via local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically credited to your lttoto account within 1–5 minutes following confirmed bank receipt. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are processed in real time.
• lttoto reserves the right to request documentary evidence for any deposit transaction as part of our AML compliance obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in the suspension of the relevant funds.
• Deposits made in error by the Player are not the responsibility of lttoto. If you deposit an incorrect amount, you must contact customer support immediately; resolution will be subject to our investigation process.

5 Withdrawals

lttoto is committed to processing withdrawals promptly and securely. The following terms govern all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum single withdrawal amount is Rp 500.000.000 per transaction, subject to your account tier and verification status.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and matching the name on your lttoto account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• All withdrawals are subject to successful completion of the KYC verification process (see Clause 9). Unverified accounts may not process withdrawals until identity documents have been submitted and approved.
• Standard withdrawal processing time to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri is 1–3 hours during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed on the following business day. Gold-tier loyalty members receive express processing at the front of the queue.
• lttoto does not charge withdrawal processing fees. However, standard bank transfer fees applicable to your receiving bank may apply and are beyond lttoto's control.
• Where a Player has received a Bonus, the associated wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before any portion of the bonus-derived balance may be withdrawn.
• lttoto reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed Rp 100.000.000 or that are flagged by our risk management systems, which may extend processing times by up to 3 business days.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

lttoto regularly offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players who have fully completed the KYC verification process and have made at least one qualifying real-money deposit, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Each bonus will carry a specified wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover or playthrough requirement), expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., "30x wagering" means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times before any derived winnings can be withdrawn).
• Bonus funds are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be used to satisfy withdrawal minimums until all wagering requirements have been met.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses must be claimed and their wagering requirements satisfied within 14 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the Player's account. Unclaimed or unmet bonuses will expire automatically at the end of this period.
• lttoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, without prior notice, provided that such modification does not retroactively alter the terms of a bonus already claimed and in active use by a Player.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to coordinated wagering, hedging across accounts, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
• Seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events (including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day) are subject to their own specific terms as published at the time of each promotion.

7 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on lttoto, including sports betting (covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and other markets), live in-play wagering, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), virtual sports, and all casino game categories:

• All bets are final once confirmed by lttoto's system. A bet is confirmed at the moment our platform returns a successful bet placement notification. Requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets will not be accepted, except where lttoto exercises its right to void a bet under these Terms.
• lttoto reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error (i.e., "palpable errors" or "palps") — for example, where odds were clearly incorrect due to a data feed malfunction. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's account.
• In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled before completion, bets will be settled in accordance with lttoto's specific sport-by-sport settlement rules published in our Help Center.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets that include one or more voided selections will be recalculated with the void leg removed; the remaining selections will stand.
• For togel markets, results are determined by the official draw results from the licensed data source referenced on the relevant market page. lttoto accepts no responsibility for discrepancies arising from third-party data providers.
• lttoto operates a maximum payout cap per bet per market, details of which are published on the relevant betting market page. Winnings exceeding the cap will be paid at the cap amount.
• lttoto reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any Player on any market, at any time, without prior notice or explanation.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on lttoto. Engaging in any of the prohibited conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different identities or using different devices, IP addresses, or payment instruments.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any other form of artificial intelligence or mechanical process to place bets, access the platform, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other Players, or engaging in any form of match-fixing, result manipulation, or coordinated betting strategy designed to exploit lttoto's systems.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using lttoto's platform, including structuring deposits or withdrawals to evade detection thresholds.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in lttoto's platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and subject to forfeiture.
• Accessing lttoto while subject to a self-exclusion or exclusion order — whether self-imposed through lttoto's tools, or imposed by lttoto as a corrective measure.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction through your bank or payment provider after funds have been credited and used on lttoto's platform. Chargebacks will be treated as fraud and reported accordingly.

9 KYC & Identity Verification

lttoto operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with our international licensing obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) standards. The KYC process requires Players to submit:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, valid, government-issued photo ID — accepted documents include Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driving licence (SIM).
• Proof of Address: A document dated within the last 3 months confirming your residential address in Indonesia — accepted documents include a bank statement, utility bill, or official government correspondence.
• Proof of Payment Method: Confirmation that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits is registered in your name — typically a screenshot of your bank account profile page clearly showing your name and account number.
• Source of Funds: For high-value withdrawals or accounts flagged by our risk team, lttoto may request evidence of the source of funds used to finance your wagering activity.

KYC documents must be submitted via the secure upload tool in your lttoto account settings. lttoto will process KYC submissions within 24–72 hours during business days. Until KYC is approved, withdrawal functionality will remain restricted. lttoto will not process withdrawals to any payment method that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the lttoto platform — including but not limited to the lttoto brand name, logo, trademarks, software, website design, graphics, text, game assets, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of lttoto or its licensed third-party content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the lttoto platform or its content without lttoto's prior written consent. Unauthorized use of lttoto's intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may be subject to legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lttoto's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose. lttoto specifically excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Interruption of service, platform downtime, or technical failures beyond lttoto's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, or third-party payment processing delays.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Errors in odds, scores, or results data supplied by third-party data providers, where lttoto has acted in good faith on such data.
• Any loss arising from your breach of these Terms, including account suspension or fund forfeiture resulting from prohibited conduct.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit lttoto's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Termination

lttoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the timeframe requested by lttoto.
• Receipt of a chargeback or reversal from a payment provider associated with your account.
• A determination by lttoto's risk team that continued operation of your account poses an unacceptable financial or regulatory risk to the platform.
• At the request of the account holder, subject to any pending wagering or withdrawal obligations being settled prior to closure.

Upon termination of your account for reasons attributable to your breach of these Terms, lttoto reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds in your account. Real-money funds deposited by you (net of any bonus abuse or fraudulent activity) will be returned to a verified payment method in your name within 10 business days, subject to the outcome of any ongoing investigation.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which lttoto holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of lttoto, the following escalation process applies:

• Step 1 — Direct Resolution: Contact lttoto's customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Our team will attempt to resolve your concern within 5 business days.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If Step 1 does not resolve the matter, submit a formal written complaint to our compliance department. We will provide a written response within 10 business days.
• Step 3 — Regulatory Escalation: If you remain dissatisfied following Steps 1 and 2, you may refer your complaint to lttoto's licensing authority for independent adjudication, in accordance with the regulatory framework under which lttoto operates.

You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the licensing jurisdiction, except where mandatory applicable law in your country of residence requires otherwise.

14 Amendments to These Terms

lttoto reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the lttoto platform at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of lttoto following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date clearly displayed at the top. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically and remain informed of any changes.
